Returns & Exchanges for MensSports.com

Please note that once a package has been successfully delivered, MensSports.com cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you encounter such an issue, you may submit a lost package investigation through the respective mail carrier. To receive reimbursement or a replacement for a lost or stolen package, purchasing shipping insurance via Onward Protection during checkout is the only recourse.

We understand that not every purchase may meet your expectations. Unused gear in its original packaging with attached hangtags can be returned within 30 days of purchase for either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

All returns are subject to a $5.95 return processing fee. However, exchanges are free and do not incur any charges.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any return requests. Additionally, returned items are subject to a quality review, which may slightly delay refunds.

Any alteration to the return label, such as placing it on an empty package or modifying the ship-from address or approved weight, disqualifies the order from eligibility for return and refund. Offenders engaging in return fraud will be barred from placing future orders.

After your return is processed, we'll notify you via email once store credit or a refund is issued, typically within 10-15 business days upon receipt of your package. Please allow up to an additional 3 weeks for your bank to process the refund. For any return-related inquiries, please contact support@menssports.com.

How to Return by Mail: Follow these steps to mail your return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at returns.menssports.com.
  2. Our returns portal streamlines the return process by allowing you to submit a return request. Once your request is reviewed and authorized by the return warehouse, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please note that pictures may be required to confirm the condition of your return.
  3. Prepaid labels expire 15 days from the date of issuance, and oversized items are subject to an additional fee.
  4. Pack your item(s) securely, ensuring they're enclosed in the original product packaging and tags.
  5. Tape your package securely and attach the return shipping label to the outside. You can typically reuse the bag or box your order came in by covering or removing existing shipping labels.
  6. Drop off your package at a carrier location near you.

Should we have any questions about your return, we'll reach out to you via email. Please be aware that returned merchandise not meeting the outlined conditions may be refused.

Important Notes:

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Certain items, such as hazardous materials, food items, and oversized products, cannot be returned via our returns portal. Exceptions may also apply to specific items, including coolers, tents, kayaks, surfboards, SUP boards, cargo boxes, car racks, indoor cycles, power stations, and more.
